The ACLU
There is no doubt that the ACLU is a traitorous and criminal organization. It seems as if, every day,
they become more brazen and intimidating. Recently, the ACLU has been stealing top secret
documents, and using them to sue the government. By stealing these top secret documents, the
ACLU is committing a treasonous crime. By distributing the documents to the media, and therefore
unto America’s enemies, the ACLU is compounding their crime. However, the US Government will
neither prosecute, nor confront the ACLU about its crimes.
If a patriotic group, that supports the US Constitution, Christianity and Western Civilization
obtained such documents, the US government and the leftist-controlled Congress would launch a
witch-hunt that would burn across the world with the intensity of several hydrogen bombs. As
American taxpayers, veterans, and law-abiding citizens, we must protest against the preferential
treatment shown to the ACLU.
It is beginning to become totally obvious that the law is neither fair nor judicious. Sooner or later,
the frustrations of the masses in the face of discriminatory legal criminality will be forced to take
the law into their own hands and reshape it according to the blueprint provided by America’s
Founding Fathers.
GOVERNMENT WITHDRAWS SUBPOENA AGAINST ACLU
It has emerged that the Department of Justice had adopted the unprecedented tactic of
employing a subpoena in order to recover copies of a classified document that had been
provided without authorization to the American Civil Liberties Union.
In a swift and somewhat farcical conclusion to the controversy, the government withdrew the
subpoena and announced that the document had been declassified.
The use of a subpoena was not intended as a threat, a government attorney wrote to the court,
but was issued in response to a "request" from the ACLU, so that the organization would not have
to voluntarily surrender the document without "due process."

for a subpoena in lieu of voluntarily returning the then-classified document."
